Great soup starts with great stock. I will give you some ideas of how you can make stock as part of your weekly meal preparations. From there I will show you how to make clear broth soups, pureed vegetable soups and some special soups.
Once you know these few simple principals, you will be able to make your own pizza (with a few basics from your fridge) faster than it can be delivered, make your own healthy bread for lunches or a rustic country bread to serve with homemade soup.
I will show you the techniques and ingredients that will enable you to make your own pies and quiches from scratch
Classes start at 6:30pm with a sampling of what will be made in the class, followed by demonstration and discussion and ending with more tasting.
